Having reached the peak of his career in Italy, Paolo Barichella understood that it was time to evolve his 20-year path in Food Design into a more complex one of Hospitality. For this reason he decided to move to Qatar, the most cutting-edge country in the hospitality sector. A country that, more than any other, allows him to concentrate his know-how and research in this specific sector. Once he arrived in Qatar, he began to get to know the market starting from supermarkets and local production. The first products to catch his attention on the supermarket shelves were those of Colosseum. Colosseum is the first importer of excellent Italians products incorporated in Qatar. In its laboratory, Colosseum processes the highest quality ingredients by combining cutting-edge cooking technologies and preparation techniques, always with artisanal care.
