Effective Cooking – La Cucina Efficace
Effective Cooking is a system based on methods that allows us to enjoy the pleasure of cooking when we have the time, desire and passion, usually on the weekend; to enjoy the benefits when these factors do not easily find space, particularly during the week when you return late from work.

The system is structured on the use of excellent but easy to find ingredients, cooked with unusual practices and efficient methodologies, exploiting common technologies that make it possible to simplify work in the kitchen. Effective Cooking is a discipline theorized by Paolo Barichella in Italy in 2010 in a Book, to respond to the demands of contemporary society in terms of approach to food in the new domestic environment.
Effective Cooking Techniques allow us to obtain the best result with the least effort used thanks to a set of procedures and methodologies that make the way of cooking more efficient.

But what does the philosophy of Effective Cooking consist of? When can we apply it?
